Indiana Finance Company is recruiting motivated and results-driven Relationship Managers (Collectors) to join our team.
As a Relationship Manager, you will analyze customer accounts and payment history, be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Your main goal will be recovering payments and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Duties:
Contact customers to collect outstanding payments Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers Analyze customer accounts and payment history Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Meet collection targets and goals set by management Requirements:
Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyze customer accounts and financial data Demonstrated leadership abilities Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in collections Proven track record in account management or collections Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues Analyze customer accounts and develop strategies to maximize debt recovery Maintain accurate records of all collection activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Collaborate with the account management team to ensure timely resolution of payment disputes Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to debt collection
