Qualified candidate must have Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Successful candidate must be personable, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be outcome-oriented.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Codes and enters payable invoices into computer system Request and reconcile purchases to vendors.
Manage accounts payable Review and analyze invoices of purchases and expenses Receive and verify expenses are in compliance with company policies.
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit Reconcile and process daily credit card deposit Enter finalized cash receipts and update the receivable ledger Post accounts payable invoices Record and maintain all 1099 information Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries Process extended warranty and GAP cancellations Qualified candidates must have:
A/P and A/R experience within an automobile dealership Job Type:
